The Pointe of North Gables is a rental community. Residents sign a lease and are obligated to a one-time community fee and monthly rent payments. Rental rates are based on the type of accommodation: Private or Shared. Assistance with financial aid and VA benefits is available.

Residents live in spacious private or shared accommodations. Studio apartments are furnished with a comfortable bed, dresser, chair, night table, closets and window treatments. All accommodations are equipped with bedrooms featuring walk-in showers with safety grab bars and detachable shower heads.
