Our beautifully appointed one- and two-bedroom apartments — some with full kitchens, sunrooms, or balconies — are designed for comfort and safety, featuring emergency call systems, bathroom hand railings, and secured mailboxes.

Our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents receive personalized care plans tailored to their needs, with 24-hour staffing, licensed nurses on call, and support with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, and incontinence care. Residents also have access to a selection of trusted home health agencies for additional support.

Life at The Wellington and The Vista is full of enriching opportunities, from daily happy hours and monthly birthday celebrations to onsite church services and fitness classes. Our lounge with a big-screen TV, cozy seating areas, activity center, and billiards table offer inviting spaces to relax and socialize. Residents enjoy three chef-prepared meals each day in our restaurant-style dining rooms, a well-stocked grab-and-go refrigerator, scheduled outings, shopping trips, and courtesy transportation to keep them connected to the Cincinnati and westside community. We’re conveniently located near I-74, making it easy for families to visit and for residents to explore local attractions.

We now offer more respite care apartments with more availability than ever before, especially in our furnished Assisted Living studios at The Vista. Whether recovering from an illness or surgery or giving a caregiver time to recharge, respite residents enjoy spacious apartments and access to all community services and amenities. There is a two-week minimum for all respite stays.

Included in our monthly basic service rate:
