Our residents enjoy delicious meals prepared daily by our talented chef. Meals are served three times a day restaurant style. At each meal, residents can choose from two entrée options so that they are guaranteed to find something that they will enjoy.

Residents have an array of healthy and hearty food selections for every meal at our Capital Senior Living communities. We pride ourselves on serving chef-inspired entrees made from the finest ingredients. Meals are made from scratch daily and include the best selections of meat and freshest produce and herbs hand-chosen by our culinary experts. Breads, desserts and other treats are baked onsite daily. We put an emphasis on buying locally when quality produce and other products are available.

The Wellington at Conroe offers residents Independent Living and Assisted Living services in Conroe, Texas. Our attentive and experienced staff is available 24 hours a day to help with everyday needs. We understand that each person requires different care, which is why we work with residents to create customized care plans so that they get the most out of life. Our staff offers exercise programs, as well as extensive entertainment programming. For Assisted Living residents, our staff can provide everything from medication reminders to bathing, dressing and grooming assistance. All of our residents have access to home health agencies that provide a number of services, as well as agencies that offer therapy services.

Each of our apartments presents residents with a comfortable place that finds the proper balance between privacy and comfort, safety and amenities, and style and functionality. Floor plans are diverse, but all of our apartments come with features that give residents and their friends and family peace of mind such as emergency response systems, smoke alarms with sprinkler systems and safety-assist hand railings in the bathrooms. Residents have plenty to look forward to with washers and dryers and full-sized kitchenettes boasting elegant ceramic tile countertops. Spacious walk-in closets hold personal belongings with ease, while mini-blinds on all windows create a sense of privacy. Some apartments feature patios and balconies that open up to a surrounding courtyard.

Residents can set the temperatures in their apartments to their liking without the worry of high bills. We take care of all utilities, including basic cable but excluding telephone service.

Outside of the apartments, residents are treated to even more amenities that add excitement and fun to life. Residents gather in relaxed common areas that are perfect for swapping stories and making new friendships. It is in our common spaces where many of our activities take place. There is seemingly always something to enjoy thanks to our busy event calendar that keeps residents engaged and entertained. Residents can always find joy by walking our grounds and exploring our landscaped courtyard. Residents can also participate in religious services or arts and crafts sessions.
