Welcome to Wheatland Manor! Whether an individual needs Skilled Rehabilitation before returning home or Long-Term Care, we understand the transition can be difficult. As a 5-star facility, we are always looking to improve the quality of life of our residents by providing them the amenities and services they want and deserve. With this goal in mind, Wheatland Manor Care Facility recently completed a $2 million dollar addition.
