Our registered dietitians and culinary team are adept at making sure each resident’s dietary needs are met in the most satisfying way. We work hard to provide meals that are as healthy and energizing as they are delicious, and we are delighted to make adjustments to suit our resident’s needs.

A Roundtable discussion is the first step in your loved one’s journey to personalized Memory Care at Westminster Memory Care. This is where your family and our team of professional caregivers come together to create a care plan uniquely tailored to your loved one. Together, we navigate how to talk to your loved one about the move to Memory Care and what personal care services are needed to best support your loved one with the daily activities of living. It’s our chance to begin the process of learning your loved one’s preferences and interests, and to assess what level of cognitive care will be the best fit. Once we finalize an initial individualized care plan, we’ll schedule a thorough reassessment every 90 days to make certain we’re always in step with current needs and developments.
