West Meade Place

Welcome to West Meade Place! The HealthCare Center at West Meade Place has been providing nursing services to the Greater Nashville community since 1992. At that time we were simply known as West Meade Place, however, we have recently modified that name to market to the general public the fact that we are a health care center providing health care services. As a result, we have now become The HealthCare Center at West Meade Place.
The HealthCare Center at West Meade Place delivers quality long-term care in a warm, professional manner. Ours is a flexible, interdisciplinary approach to healthcare, centered around caregiver compassion and delivered in a comfortable, “homelike” setting.
Our 120 bed facility offers both skilled (rehab) and intermediate (long term) care. We have both private and semi private rooms. We currently offer a 14 bed unit specifically for orthopedic patients coming from the hospital. These are all private rooms. We are looking to expand that number in the near future.
We serve the healthcare needs of patients and residents of all ages through a full spectrum of extended care services. Our team custom-tailors programs to meet each patient’s specific needs.
