Wayne Countryview Care and Rehabilitation provides skilled nursing with 24-hour medical care, including memory care for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other cognitive issues. Short and long-term rehabilitation services are available, with in-house physical, occupational and speech therapies. Therapists are certified in wound care, neurological conditions, swallowing difficulties, lymphedema and pulmonary care.
