Its 78 residential units consist of studio and one-bedroom apartments with private bathrooms, refrigerators, individual climate controls and wireless emergency call systems. The monthly rent includes basic utilities and three daily chef-prepared meals, as well as housekeeping and linen services. Caregivers are available 24/7 and able to provide medication assistance.
