Our dining room features expansive natural lighting with a panoramic view. Whether you’re feeling social or a little meditative, the circular design of our dining room is perfect for easily chatting with new friends or for eating peacefully while gazing out over the landscape.

Library

Read your way around the room with our expansive collection of catalogued books! Our library features large print books, computers with internet access, WiFi, and a magnifying machine. If you’re really into literature and the arts, be sure to check out the local art galleries and museums in the Ventura area!

Founder’s Room

Do you like to host parties and get-togethers? Ventura Townehouse features a founder’s room, which is a private party room complete with breathtaking views for you and your guests to enjoy. This room accommodates up to 16.

Vista Room

Have your next event at the top of the town. The vista room accommodates up to 170 of your good friends. What makes this room so special? It features floor-to-ceiling windows with 360-degree panoramic vistas. You can also enjoy the pleasant ocean breeze on the spacious wraparound patio.

Chapel

At Ventura Townehouse, wellness goes beyond the physical. Our chapel is available for Presbyterian, Baptist, Lutheran, Methodist, Episcopal, Catholic, and Jewish services.

Billiards Room

Whether you’re a pro or just starting out, billiards is an excellent game that relies on strategy and clever thinking. Residents can shoot a friendly game together and receive free lessons every Wednesday from the pros!

Beauty Salon

There’s always time to look fabulous at Ventura Townehouse! Relax, unwind, and spruce up your look with our full-service salon, open five days a week.

Wellness Center

Services available include visiting physicians, home health nurses, nutritionist, physical therapist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, and massage therapist.

Fitness Room

Specially designed for seniors under the supervision of “Mr. Fitness,” who will assist you in developing a fitness program to meet your specific goals, including cardio, weight, and circuit training.

Ventura Townehouse has a wonderful art and sewing room specially for engaging your imagination! Enjoy access to watercolor classes, journal making, model building, leatherworking, arts and crafts, quilting, knitting, crocheting, and so much more.
