Van Healthcare Center offers rehabilitation, long-term care and respite for periods between five and 30 days. For seniors recently in the hospital for joint replacements, heart surgery and other procedures, nurses and therapists administer restorative programs to prepare them to return home. With visits from on-site physicians and registered nurses, long-term residents receive skilled nursing care in a safe environment.
