These two programs make it that much more tailored to the needs of the resident. Our A-La-Carte Silver Program allows residents to receive only those services they desire; whereas, our All-Inclusive Gold Program provides all services that are needed. Should a resident require additional services beyond these two programs, the All-Inclusive “Plus” Program (Platinum) offers additional services. The following services are available at an additional fee: personal laundry services, ongoing assistance with incontinence and extensive medication administration.

The Sapphire Lakes Memory Care Program is a best-in-class service and provides an incredibly warm, “home-like” environment for people living with dementia. The Sapphire Lakes Memory Care Program promotes an optimal level of functioning as well as a high quality of life–all provided with dignity and respect. Our state-of-the-art community has been designed to cater to individuals with Alzheimer’s as well as other forms of dementia. Our cutting-edge, research-driven programming is tailored to provide the best care possible in a refreshingly beautiful environment. Our professional staff is trained to provide personalized attention and specialized services in a safe and secure setting in order to maximize all residents’ potential.

Our unique All-Inclusive Program is designed for the resident’s well-being, and our staff inherently focuses on caring for residents as loved ones instead of on providing complex levels of care that can be confusing for family members. The sheer structure of this program alleviates financial stress for family members by avoiding surprising level of care increases.

• Three professionally prepared, dietician-approved, brain-healthy meals, nourishing snacks and beverages served daily and assistance with eating provided.
• A dedicated Memory Care Coordinator oversees professionally-trained, licensed and dementia-trained staff who are on-site 24-hours a day.
• Wellness checks are provided as indicated by resident’s individualized plan of care.
• Personal grooming assistance, clothing selection and assistance with showering.
• Comprehensive wellness services including on-site therapies, medical services (Medical Director), and salon services based on resident’s individual needs.
• Medication administration (or self-administration), glucose monitoring and insulin management provided by licensed nursing personnel.
• Interactive technology that enhances cognitive function of residents.
