The Lexington Center offers 24-hour care and assistance. Our goal is to keep our residents as independent as possible while re-establishing that parent/child relationship without the guilt or burden. We want to handle the day-to-day care so you can enjoy your time with Mom or Dad! We supply three meals a day, plus snacks, laundry care and weekly housekeeping services. We have activities to keep the body and mind active! We offer transportation to and from doctor’s appointments and have occasional outings! We offer medication management and assistance with all activities of daily living. We are nestled in the woods but remain easily accessible. Our outdoor patios with rocking chairs give ample opportunities for rest and relaxation.
