Since our doors opened in 1996, The Country Home Manors has provided excellent and compassionate care to numerous seniors, cementing our reputation as one of the best in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. With homes in Walnut, Diamond Bar, and Riverside, we will always have a place for your loved one’s needs.
Our client base is typically those in the “middle ground” between the medically dependent patients of a nursing home and the independent seniors of larger apartment-style assisted living facilities. We provide comprehensive assistance in activities of daily living and accommodate a wide range of medical conditions.
Our caregivers are committed, well-trained, energetic, and always friendly. We pride ourselves in having an employee community with a strong connection with our clients. Caregivers such as Oscar “Rocky” Gonzales have been with The Country Home Manors for nearly as long as we have been open and have become staple personalities of our homes. All employees are FBI-cleared, ER first-aid certified, and thoroughly screened, and they receive continual in-service training from nurses and doctors beyond licensing requirements.
