The Country Home Memory Care

We welcome you to experience assisted living and memory care at The Country Home in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Our community is located along Route 53 and just off of Interstate 80 so transportation to nearby medical centers or local outings is easy. At The Country Home, we pride ourselves upon not being an institution, but a home! Our cozy community houses only 38 residents, ensuring individual care for each resident. Because our community has very little staff turnover, residents have continuity of care surrounded by familiar faces who are able to detect and alert family to sudden changes in behavior or wellness.

Our community offers a variety of private and semi-private rooms. Our community includes numerous common areas including a beautiful courtyard and outdoor bird sanctuary. Given that pets have been proven to reduce anxiety, fear and depression, residents appreciate our furred and feathered friends. The Country Home offers three nutritious, organic meals every day in our comfortable dining room as well as snacks and refreshments available 24/7.
