TELACU South Bay Manor is a 75-unit senior, low-income apartment community located just a short distance away from the 5 and 8 freeways in National City in San Diego County and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transportation. We have on-site laundry facilities, professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment.
