Since our opening in 2014, our community has established itself as the East Bay’s premier place for Memory Care, proudly offering dedicated support for families in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, and Fremont. Sunol Creek is conveniently located one mile from downtown Pleasanton and is easily accessible from I-680 for residents from the Castro Valley, San Ramon, and Danville, CA areas.
