Sundale Manor is an affordable subsidized community that provides apartment homes for persons who are 62 years old or 18 years old in need of the mobility accessible features of a handicap apartment.
Open in 1982 this beautiful campus has been a staple in the historic Murray Hill Neighborhood . Our mission has been to provide affordable quality housing in a caring community to persons over 62 years of age/18 years or older in needed of a mobility accessible apartment home as well as meet the physical, social and psychological needs of the residents.
Sundale Manor is a non-profit six story HUD Section 202 with Section 8 apartment complex designed to provide affordable housing for extremely and very low-income elderly. Sundale Manor has 90 units; 85 one bedrooms , and 5 two bedrooms and is owned by Florida Christian Manor, Inc. Sundale Manor is professionally managed by SPM, LLC, established in 1977; SPM specializes in property management for apartment communities across the United States.
