Welcome to Gernand Village! The Gernand Retirement Village is an independent living facility which is a part of the continuum of care on the campus of the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home Community.
These spacious apartments come in one or two bedrooms with a patio and plenty of closet space. Each apartment has a kitchenette with appliances. There is additional storage on site. Monthly rent includes: utilities, heating/cooling, cable television, garbage, wireless internet, and free use of laundry facilities.
