The ultimate goal is to return patients to the home setting fully recovered and as independent as possible. Long-term care can often be the best option for individuals who require around-the-clock nursing care and clinical services. It features specialized programs such as wound care, hospice care, and Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Long-term care services are directed by physician oversight, and all services and amenities are tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.
