Shady Rest Care Center is a 46-bed Medicaid- and Medicare-approved nursing home with a 12-bed memory care unit. Services include long-term nursing care, respite care, dementia care and skilled therapy programs. On-site staff assists residents with personal care and medication administration in addition to helping them participate in life-enriching activities. Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech-language pathology therapies, are available from Blue Stone Therapy specialists seven days a week.
