What sets us apart from other care centers is our commitment to caring for the whole person—mind, body and soul. We achieve this by daily living out our mission, vision, and values. Our dedicated employees and volunteers go above and beyond for quality care and compassion, and we demonstrate the hometown feel of Family Serving Family!
We have been providing personalized, resident-focused care and services to the Lake City community and surrounding areas since 1968. With our recent remodels, we have the ability to serve up to 80 residents. Of these availabilities, 14 beds are located in our Memory Support Household—a specially designed and secure place for those suffering from memory impairment. For your convenience, we offer both private and companion rooms in various floor plans.
Shady Oaks Care Center will continue to expand its care and services in an effort to meet the needs of the community and the residents that we have the privilege of serving. Although our appearance has changed over the years, our commitment to our mission has and will always remain the same.
