Seabury Meadows Memory Support Center is part of the Seabury continuum, a mission-based and not-for-profit Life Plan Community that has been providing housing, care and services since 1876. The Seabury Meadows community consists of 46 private and 6 semi-private rooms with full bath. These apartments make up four �neighborhoods� each of which has a living room, activity room and country kitchen. The neighborhoods surround a Town Square where residents can enjoy the Technology/Media Room, Beauty/Barber Shop, Caf? and Chapel. Garden terraces in beautifully appointed courtyards afford residents a secured environment for walks, visits with family members, and outdoor activities. The Meadows offers an extensive calendar of programs designed to enhance and stimulate the residents� memory. In addition, social, spiritual, fitness and wellness and recreational programs are offered for our residents.
