Providing individualized care through a multidisciplinary wellness team, Sayre Personal Care Center supports the holistic well-being of seniors. Personalized care plans are developed by the community���s licensed nursing staff in coordination with physicians and registered nurses. Residents have 24-hour access to assistance by trained CNAs, and LPNs perform medication administration and daily medical monitoring. On-site physical therapy services are coordinated as needed.
