Welcome to Riverside Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Community known for its parks, beaches and outdoor recreational activities. On the eastern shore of Lake Michigan, this small city is also known for the Grand Haven Lighthouses. Even though they are no longer in use, the lighthouses are a strong symbol of guidance and protection. Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Community, a 2010 National Quality Award Winner, is proud to be part of this port city because we also guide and protect our residents.
