Welcome Home to Ricker Plaza! We are home for more than forty senior members of the greater Houlton area community. Originally Wording Hall was a part of Ricker College—read more. The building was renovated and expanded in 1981 and includes 35 one-bedroom apartments and 6 two-bedroom (handicapped accessible) apartments.
