Premier Assisted Living is a small, 6-bed licensed, type-B residential care home owned and operated by a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in Geriatric Care, Clinical Case Management and Senior Living.

We are nestled in a beautiful, wooded community across from Hollywood Park. Our focus is to provide personal, dedicated concierge care for each of our six residents to meet all of their physical, social and emotional needs.
