Over six decades ago, Mrs. Edna Quinlivan Briody formed the Briody Health Care Facility at 109 Niagara Street in a converted home, which opened its doors for business in 1946. As the oldest family owned and operated healthcare system in Western New York, the Briody family is proud to have been rated #1 by The Buffalo News, which analyzed and ranked 93 facilities in the eight counties of Western New York.

Today, Ann Briody Petock, the third generation of the Briodys to lead the family business, has expanded upon the original vision to include a community for adults who want to enjoy an active and independent lifestyle. The Briody Family has been serving Western New York since 1946.
