Pecan Place Apartments is a community for residents who are a minimum of 62 years of age, or who are mobility impaired as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Pecan Place Apartments is a well maintained community consisting of ten, one-story buildings on a three acre site. Seven of the buildings consists of four, cottage-style apartments; while two buildings are long, side-by-side apartments; and the tenth building houses a laundry, community room, manager’s office/apartment, and a lovely patio for residents and visitors to enjoy. Within walking distance of Pecan Place there is a Senior Center that serves meals to all seniors. Residents can use the para-transit shuttle which provides transportation to grocery stores, shopping areas, banks, medical appointments and the downtown area.
