We are exclusively managed by a highly seasoned, Texas-registered, Nurse who has spent over 3 decades of her Nursing Career working in Hospitals and Nursing Homes, where provision of high quality compassionate care, to the elderly, is never compromised. It is our core belief that, aging is a normal developmental process which is inevitably associated with all sorts of chronic diseases, disabilities and dependencies. Osa Heritage Homes provides 24-hour individualized care to Residents who need custodial attention and those with age-related Dementia, notably Alzheimer’s disease. Our care givers help with daily medication administration while our registered nurses carry out monthly wellness visits during which time residents’ vital signs and blood sugar are monitored and documented. Medical transportation and Doctor’s Appointment Escort are available by arrangement. The seasoned and highly trained staff at Osa Heritage Homes work diligently to ensure that the facility is immaculately clean 24/7. Laundry is done weekly, or as needed. Variety of delicious and balanced meals are prepared for the residents three times a day, with supplementary Drinks and Snacks.
