Located in the heart of this neighborhood, across the street from Osborne Honor Health Hospital and near several post-acute rehab centers. Ocotillo Place offers Supervisory, personal and directed care services to our residents. We have one of the larger wandering dementia units in the area. We are a friendly and dedicated team that works closely with you, and your loved one to provide continuity of care and excellent quality of life. We have 24-hour certified care staff on site, as well as full-service dining rooms, an extensive activity recreation program, a fitness room.
