Sundance at Oak Hills is a faith-based assisted living community specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. We are a licensed Memory Care facility that focuses on the daily activities of our residents. We offer a Snoezelen Room for multi-sensory de-escalation, home-cooked meals and a CISCOR resident monitoring system. Registered nurses are on staff and available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and an internal medicine physician visits our facility when needed. We also offer respite care for families needing to run errands if they intend to move in their loved one to our community after one to two months of respite care.
