The difference is we are more than a residence – we are a family led by an experienced Nurse practitioner with over 30 years in the nursing field. With only 6 residents and 6 private rooms, our boutique model ALF ensures individualized attention with activities of daily living; staffing ratios are much less than larger ALFs, creating a nurturing environment where everyone feels at home. Care is tailored to meet the unique needs of the resident, strong emphasis is placed on maintaining functional status, supporting emotional well being, monitoring of health status and reporting to the medical care team that visits the facility.
