Meridian Tower offers seniors and non-elderly disabled individuals a unique independent living experience at a well-located, beautiful and distinctive apartment community in Bristol, near the Farmington line. This 173-unit complex is designed to provide a friendly residential atmosphere with neighborhood services and special features to make living safer for the independent elderly and disabled. Meridian Tower is beautifully appointed, convenient and affordable. Admission is open to any household where there is a certified disability or a member 62 years of age or older. The amount of rent is determined by one’s income with subsidies being available to individuals or couples that qua1ify. Meridian Tower has an onsite Services Coordinator to help residents identify and locate community services based on their needs such as food assistance, home healthcare and prescription drug assistance. The coordinator provides special events and recreational opportunities such as special speakers, bus trips to the Casino, and exercise classes.
