Mayflower Gardens Experiece the Difference With so much available right on our beautiful 65 acre campus, it is no wonder that most of our residents consider Mayflower Gardens to be their “small town”!
All units include a ceiling fan in the living room, evaporative cooler, heater, cable TV and landline phone outlets, vertical blinds, screen door, tub and shower (hand rails can be added at no charge), and ample closet storage.

We want our residents to feel at home! Mayflower Gardens has floorplans starting from our cozy studio (452 sq. ft.) up to our 2 Bedroom Deluxe model (1356 sq. ft.). Each apartment has a kitchen with appliances provided, full bathroom(s), lots of closet space, blinds on most windows, access to the wide shared covered patio and even room to garden in front of most apartments if you choose.
