Welcome to Maraville Care Center Maravilla Care Center Nursing and Rehabilitation Phoenix AZ is a 194 bed skilled nursing care community located on the south side of Phoenix in the shadow of beautiful South Mountain.

Our goal is to provide an environment that allows our neighbors autonomy of choice as their day unfolds. Person Centered Care “RADICAL HOSPITALITY” is the driving force behind this model, created by our associates at Maravilla. Unlike the Task-Centered Medical Model of Care, our model focuses on the whole person, not just the tasks that normally overwhelm most Long Term Care facilities. Rather than molding the neighbor to the policies, procedures and protocols typically found dominating most health care facilities, we minimize our guidelines so each neighbor’s individual needs can be met.
