Part of the Maple Crest Campus, which includes assisted living and skilled nursing neighborhoods, Maple Memory Lane offers individualized care for up to 14 residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. In addition to daily living assistance, medication administration, emergency care and 24-hour supportive services provided by specially trained caregivers, residents also benefit from the medical oversight by on-site professional nurses and may have access to on-campus therapy and rehabilitation services.
