At Magnolia Manor, each resident’s total well-being is nurtured with opportunities to participate in a variety of physical, social, and spiritual activities. Residents of Magnolia Manor thrive in this stimulating environment.
Our Americus campus offers six living options, which makes for an easier transition if, at any point, you or your loved one should need a higher level of care. Magnolia Manor offers a variety of Independent Living residences that provide privacy and peace of mind, knowing help is just a call away. Each Independent Living option ensures a worry-free lifestyle. Our on-site maintenance and professionally landscaped grounds give you time to enjoy fishing in Lake Magnolia, exercising or swimming in the Clarke W. Duncan Wellness Center, and participating in planned activities, just to name a few.
Magnolia Manor Retirement Center, lovingly referred to as *The Manor*, provides all the comforts of home with assistance when you need it. Our staff manages laundry, housekeeping, transportation, and meal preparation, with planned activities and events for your enjoyment.
Personal Care can be the perfect solution when living on your own is no longer desirable. Replace those feelings of fear and isolation. Your new home at Magnolia Manor will be comfortable and easier to manage, with staff close at hand and friendly neighbors nearby. We strive to address all your concerns by offering a home-like environment to help with the transition adjustments that come with the aging process.
The Mattie Marshall Center, our Memory Care option, is designed for persons with memory loss. If your loved one can no longer live on their own but does not yet require the intensive 24-hour care of a nursing center, our Memory Care program may be just what they need. Residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible, with assistance from caring, trained staff when needed.
