The Lydia Roper ladies are an active, outgoing group with a passion for life. They love that their community is situated in a true neighborhood with people and families of all ages. Lafayette Park is a two block walk away and there are weekly shopping trips and visit to the most interesting spots in Norfolk and beyond. Faith is a big part of life for many of our ladies, some enjoy worshiping at the community’s services, while others visit the many nearby houses of worship.
Nursing personnel are on duty 24-hours a day to provide assistance and medication management. The all-inclusive monthly fee also covers meals, housekeeping and laundry, and social and recreational activities. There are no additional level of care charges. Of course, all the maintenance and yard work are taken care of, too. It is like having your own home without maintenance or upkeep.
