LiveWell is Assisted Living, Memory Care, and End of Life Care all together in a beautiful home-like setting. With a 3:1 caregiver to client ratio during the day and 6:1 awake staff ratio at night, the level of care in a Care Home is unmatched. LiveWell has a full-time RN as well as House Managers that oversee the daily care. Each home has a max of 6 residents with their own individualized Care Plan. LiveWell can manage all levels of care from ambulatory to fully dependent. A tour is highly recommended to fully grasp all that LiveWell has to offer.
