Leonardville Nursing Home is each elder’s home. We are committed to providing individualized care by creating meaningful lasting relationships between staff and residents. We are continually building a family-oriented community where people are valued, loved, and respected. We strive daily to promote laughter, comfort, and a sense of well being. Leonardville Nursing Home is not a traditional nursing home, but rather three small neighborhoods that foster individualized care for elders in a home-like environment. Each neighborhood has versatile workers consisting of a clinical coordinator, neighborhood coordinator, direct caregivers, life enhancement director and a homemaker.
