We are home to lively, active seniors who care about each other and their community. As a result of the cooperative management system, our members plan and organize a large variety of activities and events for the enjoyment of all.

We have recently overseen a one-and-a-half million-dollar renovation and we have restoration projects ongoing continuously to ensure the best living environment for our seniors. Come see our renovated floor lounges, designed by the residents of the floor! Our spacious apartments are rehabbed and updated to the highest standard because we want your apartment to be as nice as ours was when we moved in.

Rent is based on a percentage of the household’s income. There is a one time, $100 membership fee. Utilities are included in your rent. There are no association fees to join our community. We have a gated parking lot and paid security service at night. We have three drug stores, a strip mall with a grocery store and various other stores within walking distance.
