Roanoke River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in Williamston, North Carolina, just off of US Route 17. The facility offers lots of services ranging from psychological to clinical and stresses the importance of maintaining independence and dignity. Activities are provided, including exercise and resident-chosen events to keep patients both busy and happy.
Roanoke River Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has private and semi-private rooms available, including a unit designed specifically for patients with Alzheimer’s called SPARK. These rooms hold either private or semiprivate beds available for choosing. Multiple day rooms are located throughout the building, providing patients with places to socialize and enjoy free time with others.

Transportation to and from doctor’s appointments is provided, and the beauty shop and barber are open three days a week. Religious services, including Baptist, Church of God, Pentecostal Holiness and Jehovah���s Witness denominations, are provided, along with others. Housekeeping, laundry services and family support groups are available, and there is a Resident’s Council to help plan activities and address any needs, problems or concerns.
