Home Share Healthcare is a three-resident senior care facility. The facility’s staff includes RNs and LPNs, who provide 24-hour assistance with the activities of daily living activities, medication management, blood sugar monitoring and other medical needs, including feeding tube management and wound care. Staff can perform single-person assisted transfers. A doctor is on call to handle consultations, medication adjustments and medical emergencies. The facility uses an array of therapies to encourage the mental health of residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Residents are served meals throughout the day, and dining options include room service and special meals for vegetarian and reduced-sodium diets. A full-time activities director encourages residents to participate in exercise programs, off-site trips, celebrations and mentally stimulating recreation. Other amenities include personal housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning, grocery shopping services and grooming from an on-site beautician.
