We offer ongoing services at all of our residents at Highland Manor:

Our assisted living facility provides healthy, freshly prepared meals while accommodating special diets for each individual resident, in addition to centrally located snacks and beverages that is always available to our residents at any time.

Unlike the a la carte billing of most large facilities, a monthly rate covers most services that are customized to the needs of the individual resident. Any additional charges must be authorized.

  • All staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid
  • Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System in place
  • All staff members are trained in Emergency Preparedness Procedures
  • Disaster & Evacuation Plans in place for all residents
  • Emergency First Aid Kits on premises
  • All guests have emergency information on File
  • Special Fall Prevention Matt Available

Our monthly fees include a variety of standard services as listed below:

  • Care Support
  • One caregiver for every three residents during the day
  • Assisted 24-hour care and supervision, including fully-awake night shift aides
  • Daily assisted hygiene and grooming
  • Incontinence management
  • Medication Management and Dispensing
  • Accompanied transportation to all local medical appointments
  • Hospice care and Home Health support
  • Nutrition
