HeartHomes at Bay Ridge offers memory care and assisted living. Staff can administer medication and assist with daily hygiene and dressing. If needed, physical, occupational and speech therapies are available. Medications are delivered from the local pharmacy, and the community contacts each resident’s individual physician regularly.

All rooms at HeartHome at Bay Ridge are furnished, and each room can be set up with cable TV and a telephone line. Residents can relax safely on the enclosed patios. Painting and cooking classes, word searches and gardens keep residents active and engaged, and the community celebrates Mother’s Day, Cinco de Mayo and other holidays throughout the year. Three meals are provided each day, as well as snacks. Laundry and housekeeping services are also provided.
