Welcome to Haciendas at Grace Village
Unique design features make The Haciendas at Grace Village among the most outstanding Alzheimer’s and dementia care facilities in our region. Not a “facility” but instead, a residence, the Haciendas at Grace Village is comprised of residential-style homes that are intentionally designed to encourage community and familial interactions while excluding institutional elements, such as confusing corridors and hallways. Our thoughtful design and support of each home encourages community activity and and participation that promotes an individual resident’s opportunity to thrive while maintaining dignity and promoting continued independence.
All residents have their own private bedroom and bathroom in the house. A home-style kitchen, large dining room, and an open activity/living room are accessible to all residents of the home. Residents also have access to secure and safe outdoor spaces including porches, wandering paths and specially designed therapy gardens. Comprehensively trained staff, holistic programs, thoughtful menus, innovative designs and individualized activities are all aimed to provide each person a dignified, full life that they deserve. From early onset to late stage, we can adjust to meet the needs of your loved one.

The Haciendas at Grace Village is designed to not only to meet the physical demands and needs of those affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s, but to meet the needs of that person as a whole – to give them a home, not just a place to live. We are dedicated to our conviction and belief in person-centered care: the ethic that all human beings are of absolute value and worthy of respect, no matter their disability, and on a conviction that people with Dementia can live fulfilling lives.
We are proud to be locally owned and operated right here in Las Cruces. Because of this unusual situation, we are here every day to ensure your loved one is cared for and known, and to walk with you and your family through your journey with dignity and grace.
