Quality Living in a Secure Homelike Environment

GACH provides assistance with medications, activities of daily living, meals, snacks and daily housekeeping are provided. We have staff available 24 hours per day.

We meet with you on an individual basis to find out about your love ones interest, food preferences, and medical history in order to design an individualized care plan. Our management staff is available and willing to answer any question. We schedule all medical appointments and provide transportation as well.

Grant Adult Care Home is a small privately owned facility {state licensed) with a small number of residents whereby we offer quality and intimate care.

About Us

Annette Harper, Administrator/Owner, is a mastered level social worker who has worked as a Protective Services Social Worker with Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services, Charlotte – Mecklenburg Schools and with a number of home health agencies in the Charlotte area for the past 18 years.

Grant Adult Care Homes, Inc. offers high – level care for Alzheimer's residents from the beginning to end stage. Our respite care component is designed to provide families with relief. Residents can stay daily, weekly or monthly depending on the needs of the family. As a respite care resident, you will receive all the service offered in our home.

We have a PRN nurse on staff as well.
