Friendship Health Center

Welcome to Friendship Health Center! Under sponsorship from the Odd Fellowship of North America, the Holgate Community has been providing a continuum of care for over 100 years. Ours is a not-for-profit campus located in a beautiful neighborhood in SE Portland, and we provide a complete range of living options to match the lifestyles and individual needs of seniors. We offer independent living in the Odd Fellows Retirement Home, low-income independent apartments for seniors at Kenilworth Park Plaza, and state of the art medical & rehabilitative services in combination with skilled nursing care at our Friendship Health Center. Seniors and their families will find our care and services are centered around our residents’ needs.
