Franklin Court includes 92 private apartments, spacious and comfortable common areas, and a lovely landscaped courtyard with walking paths. The historic mill building, originally constructed in 1882, also includes independent living apartments and an Adult Day Health center, creating a senior living campus with numerous on-site amenities and services for residents.
Franklin Court offers seniors the opportunity to enhance their independence with a little assistance from us. With 92 private studio and one-bedroom apartments, spacious and comfortable common areas and a lovely landscaped courtyard with walking paths, residents enjoy gracious living and first rate amenities.
Our cheerful country kitchen, charming café, comfortable living rooms and wicker furnished sunroom provide the perfect settings for visiting with family and friends, or simply relaxing with the newspaper and a cup of coffee.

Sponsored locally by the non-for-profit East Bay Community Development Corporation, Franklin Court offers affordable monthly rental fees. And for those seniors with limited income, Franklin Court participates in Rhode Island's Medicaid Waiver Program.
