Evergreen Place and The Legacy are located a few minutes from the Illinois River in Chillicothe, Illinois. There is a family medical center opposite the community, and Kroger and CVS are a few minutes away. Several scenic parks along the river provide the opportunity for pleasant walks with visiting family.
Evergreen Place is an assisted living community where staff members help seniors with medication, housekeeping and laundry. The Legacy is the memory care section which is in a separate cottage.
